- Please make a "reservation confirmation call※1" from the customer 1 hour before your reservation time on the day.
※1 If we do not receive a "reservation confirmation call," we will temporarily cancel your reservation. Please understand this in advance. - We will provide hotel guidance during the confirmation call 1 hour before your reservation, however for the hotel room, please make the reservation by yourself.
If it's a hotel near Shinjuku Kabukicho, we will guide you through the route over the phone.
