What course durations are most common?

For first-time customers, 60-120 minute courses are most common. This doesn't depend much on customers' financial situations but varies greatly depending on the time required for their preferences.

What are the service contents?

All types of SM play. Basic play only involves things anyone can do. There are no health services like kissing or nudity. Physical burden is overwhelmingly less compared to other industries. However, this is not an industry to choose because you dislike being touched, don't want to undress, or think dominating is easy. It takes ingenuity and effort to satisfy customers as a queen without undressing, licking, or being touched.

Is it okay for inexperienced people?

Of course it's fine. We provide careful instruction starting with simple things. 70% of our staff joined with no SM club experience.

What about experienced people?

Systems and needs vary by shop. Even those with basic knowledge and experience receive training for confirmation and communication (we don't use male models). Depending on achievements and experience, you may start without the new employee training period.

Should I make myself look more like a queen?

Not at all. You can look your most beautiful. Paraphilia's queens vary in clothing style, facial features, and type, but they all share being feminine and well-groomed.

What does it take to get hired?

This job involves serving male customers. Please come to the interview dressed and made up as if going on a date with a man. If we can visualize how you would go to work, your hiring chances increase significantly.

Can I start working immediately?

Salary starts after training and photography are completed. If you're in a hurry, we'll prepare as quickly as possible (minimum 2 days required).

I'm concerned about my age.

Every age has its own charm. Don't worry about it. From a development perspective, we decline experienced queens over 35. Even if you're over 18, high school students cannot work.

I can't work very often.

Please work comfortably according to your lifestyle. Even with short hours and few days, you can work efficiently if you create regular shifts.

Can I work multiple jobs?

Regular jobs are okay. Please refrain from working at multiple adult entertainment establishments.

I'm worried about My Number (tax identification).

My Number countermeasures are in place. You can work as before. Our shop is corporate-managed with a tax accountant advisor, so we always have the latest information and can respond quickly. Please consult us anytime about concerns.

What are the customers like?

Since it's membership-based, those lacking manners or morals, frequent cancellers, and others deemed unsuitable for our membership cannot join. Most are businessmen in their daily lives with secret sexual preferences. They're all people you'd think 'This person is actually a masochist?! I can't tell!'

What days and times are profitable?

Weekdays from evening onwards, weekends from noon are busy.

How much can I earn per day?

There's variation depending on course length and number of sessions. Yesterday might be ¥5,000 but today ¥70,000. Don't think day by day - look at monthly total income. The key to stable high earnings or consistent part-time work is gradual steady effort. Since SM isn't something anyone can do, capturing customers is key. Once regular nominations stabilize, you can earn consistently.

Is the pay better than other shops?

Fair compensation for work boosts motivation and professional awareness. We offer salary increase systems, daily salary guarantees for serious workers, daily salary guarantees plus commission increases for media-OK workers (with salary increases too), and satisfactory commission rates for all courses. Long course nomination fees are doubled. We aim for a salary system that doesn't make you feel you 'lost out' by working and motivates you to work harder.

I'm worried about getting nominated.

We provide training on play skills and advice on appealing ways to get bookings and customer service that leads to repeat customers. We also actively promote to ensure continuous bookings from both repeat and new customers.

Where do we provide services?

Over 95% are hotels within 3 minutes' walk from the office. We also do outcalls to city hotels within Tokyo's 23 wards. We don't visit homes or places other than hotels.

What hours can I work?

Phone reception is 12:00-22:00, girls can work 13:00 until last train at your preferred times.

Can I wait at home or outside?

Possible. Please consult us. For home standby, you must be able to reach the office within 10 minutes. For outside standby, limited to places where you can return to the office within 5 minutes.

Will you prevent me from quitting?

When you request to leave, we immediately remove your photos and delete data.

Do I start as a masochist?

This is impossible since we're a queen specialty shop. The service quality is completely different from masochist women, so we don't think it's necessary. Everyone checks the power and condition of equipment beforehand.

Is there bullying or cliques?

None at all. All senior and new queens are treated equally. Staff immediately address any unpleasant incidents or rule violations.

Can I work with friends?

Possible, but since this is work, please refrain if you're thinking of it as an extension of play. Friends can each apply for interviews separately. It's possible that A is hired but B is not. We cannot accommodate conditions like 'won't join unless together.'

What's the waiting room like?

Group standby in an apartment room. We have rules to make everyone comfortable.
During standby, feel free to read books, watch TV, eat, or spend time as you like.

Will acquaintances find out?

Since it's a niche industry, don't worry. Even queens at our shop who appear in SM videos still haven't been discovered.

What if I encounter danger?

Even if you encounter danger, our shop operates legally so police or lawyers will always be on your side. Of course, we don't neglect member management and system management to prevent such incidents. We also teach girls how to respond and take precautions to avoid dangerous situations.

Are there customer changes or cancellations?

Since our shop is completely membership-based, we have never had such cases since opening.
